Naomi Reed joined the Association in 2023 as a field
services manager and provides technical assistance and support services to the Upstate region of South Carolina. Prior to
joining the Association, Naomi worked
for the City of Fountain Inn for 17 years, most recently serving as assistant
city administrator and prior to that, as director of finance. Naomi has a
bachelor of accounting from Columbia College.
