One of the Association’s main goals is to provide municipal elected officials and staff with the services that help them most efficiently and effectively operate their municipalities. Municipal clerks play a critical role in support of the mayor, city council and other administrative positions. Clerks are frequently the city’s main contact and the public’s access point to municipal services.
These demands on a clerk’s time may leave little opportunity to participate in training away from the office. Therefore, these training modules are designed to be an easily accessed online training resource offered in segments of 30 minutes or less.
The modules are especially helpful to newly appointed clerks.
