Ken Davis joined the Association in 2025 as a loss control consultant. Ken has extensive experience in public safety, emergency management and municipal leadership. Prior to joining the Association, Ken served as the chief of police for the Surfside Beach Police Department. Previously, he served as the deputy chief for operations with the Horry County Police Department. He has a Bachelor of Science from The Citadel, a Master of Science in criminal justice from the University of South Carolina and a doctorate in public safety from Capella University.
