Charlie joined the Association in 2018 and provides technical and support services to the municipalities across South Carolina. As senior field services manager, Charlie serves as a mentor and guide for the field services team. Prior to joining the Association, he served as the assistant city manager and, most recently, city manager with the City of Greenwood. Charlie has a bachelor's degree from Presbyterian College and a master's degree in public administration from the University of Georgia.
