​Krystal Bailey joined the Association in 2021 as a Senior SCMIRF Claims Adjuster. She came to the Association with more than 11 years of experience as a claims adjuster. Most recently she worked as a senior litigation specialist at Seibels. Krystal earned her bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina.
