Biography
Summer Randall joined the Municipal Association
of South Carolina in 2011 as operations manager and began serving as director
of operations in 2025. In this role, she oversees the Association’s human
resources, operations and information technology areas. Before joining the
Association, Summer worked in human resources for several years, most recently
with South State Bank. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business
administration from the College of Charleston and maintains both PHR and
SHRM-CP certifications.
