Webster Hall started with the Association in October 2025 as a legislative and public policy advocate. Webster has several years of experience as a law clerk and attorney, most recently working as an associate attorney for Bruner Powell Wall & Mullins. Prior to that, he worked as a judicial clerk and law clerk for the SC Court of Appeals, and the Senate Judiciary Committee. Webster received his bachelor’s in political science from Clemson University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina.
