Municipal Association of SC Elects New Board Members for 2024 – 2025 at Annual Meeting

Delegates at the Municipal Association of South Carolina’s Annual Meeting elected officers and board members to the Association’s board of directors. The delegates elected Mayor Greg Habib of the City of Goose Creek as the Association’s president. All newly elected officers will serve for a one-year term.  

During the 2024 Annual Meeting, Habib expressed his appreciation for his fellow municipal officials and his newly elected position of president. “This gathering of leaders, innovators, administrators, artists, and even politicians — the men and women here today make me encouraged,” he said. “Your ideas make me inspired. Your successes make me optimistic. And the opportunity to be your president makes me proud.”  

The following are the officers and newly elected board members for 2024 – 2025:
